We will exchange any product that
is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
Online security is provided by Secure
Trading. All credit card numbers are encrypted in
the software when the order is placed and submitted for
processing. They are not held in clear text on any web
site. We know of no documented cases of credit card numbers
being stolen using our shopping system.

Statements above). If there is an error we will credit
your card within 15 working days.
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt.
Delivery times for orders placed at contact2.com are as
follows:
UK and Ireland: Please allow 2-7 working days.
USA: Please allow 6-10 working days.
EU and Europe: Please allow 10-15 working days.
Rest of the World including Canada: Please allow 15-20
working days.
Orders to EU, Europe and "Rest of the World"
are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Get in touch with us immediately if your order does not
arrive when it should (see above). We'll find out what
happened to your order and get it to your doorstep ASAP.
Sorry, but we cannot replace missing orders that are received
by someone else on your behalf.
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason
we will send you an email or telephone you to explain.
Your credit / debit card will not be billed until we dispatch
your order to you. You may cancel any item on back order
at any time by emailing us at ordering.query@contact2.com

if your order is missing any products. We'll find out
what happened to your order within five working days and
we'll get them to you ASAP or give you the option of a
full refund of the missing items.
We describe our product as accurately as possible however
colors and packaging may differ from that shown on the
website or on your monitor. What the product does is always
described 100% accurately. If you have a query about our

Should you ever have a problem with our product or the
contact2.com website please contact us at once (details
are at the top of this page) - contact2.com's Customer
Care team is here to help. We aim to acknowledge your
complaint within three working days and we promise to
deal with your complaint quickly, fairly and in total
confidence. We will also advise you how long we estimate
it will take to resolve your complaint. If you wish to
return a product to us, please read the Returns section
below.
If any items are faulty or develop a fault at any time
during their lifetime, please email us details of the
problem at care@contact2.com.
We will refund the cost of any faulty product or we will
replace it free of charge, which ever your prefer.
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return
any unused items for a full refund. Please note that we
can process returns and refunds only for items purchased
from contact2.com.
The UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
require that you provide written notice of cancellation
(i.e. you wish to return the goods) within 7 working days.
Goods do not have to be returned within this period for
you to secure a refund. A refund must be made within 30
days of cancellation, irrespective of whether goods have
been returned at this stage. If goods have not been returned,
where requested by us, we are entitled to make a charge
to reflect the cost of collecting goods from the delivery
address and deduct this from the refund.
To return an item, please wrap your goods securely and
please include our original packing slip with your return.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate
the order number on a separate piece of paper. We would
appreciate it if you could indicate the reason for returning
an item, but this is entirely optional.
For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured
recorded delivery for shipment. Please note that we can
only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of
our error or if your are returning a faulty product.

note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return
is a result of our error or a faulty product.

they are used only when entered at the time of ordering
to process the transaction). We will never collect sensitive
information about you without your explicit consent. The
information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You

we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information
which we hold will be held securely in accordance with
our internal security policy and the law and the Which?
Web Trader Code. If we intend to transfer your information
outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always
obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior
of visitors to our site. This includes using a "cookie"
which would be stored on your browser. You can usually
modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information
collected in this way can be used to identify you unless
you modify your browser settings. Cookies are used to
keep track of who you are (a cookie is a small piece of
data sent by a web server to and from a web browser, which
enables the server to collect information back from the
browser). Information automatically collected about your
visit to contact2.com includes demographic data and browsing
patterns and is only used in aggregate form so cannot
